The problem
Turning a textbook page into a full 90-minute lesson plan — vocabulary instruction, a lead-in activity, reading tasks, and speaking practice — took real prep time for every single lesson, every week, across a large teaching team.
What I built
A two-step AI pipeline: the first step reads a photographed textbook page and extracts its structure and content, the second step turns that into ready-to-teach lesson content — vocabulary, a lead-in activity, and speaking activities — matched to the source material rather than generic filler.
Outcome
Teachers get structured, classroom-ready lesson content directly from a photo of the page they're teaching from, cutting prep time while keeping lessons grounded in the actual curriculum material.
